This page is an ownership and usage notice for Hestia™, Plan with Hestia™, Pantheon Platforms Inc., and related Pantheon Platforms products, product names, concepts, modules, prototypes, and works in development.
Hestia™, Plan with Hestia™, Pantheon Platforms™, Cerberus™, Charon™, Charon Compliance™, Hermes™, Elysium™, and related names, logos, product concepts, workflows, designs, page structures, and service names are used by Pantheon Platforms Inc. as marks, product identifiers, project names, or proprietary concepts.
Some names may refer to active products, early-stage modules, internal prototypes, planned products, or backburner concepts. Mentioning a name does not mean that a product is publicly available, legally registered in every jurisdiction, or offered as a standalone service.
The ™ symbol may be used for names Pantheon Platforms claims as marks or product identifiers. The ® symbol should only be used for marks that are formally registered in the relevant jurisdiction. Any registration status should be confirmed with counsel or the relevant trademark office before being represented publicly.
The USPTO describes trademarks as words, phrases, designs, or combinations that identify goods or services and distinguish their source. Hestia uses this notice to help identify Pantheon Platforms as the source of its products and services.
You may not copy, imitate, register, use, or repurpose Pantheon Platforms names, marks, logos, product concepts, page structures, workflows, user interface patterns, databases, screenshots, or marketing language in a way that could cause confusion or imply sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or approval.
Families, providers, advisors, journalists, investors, and partners may refer to Hestia or Plan with Hestia in plain text when accurately describing the service. You may not use Pantheon Platforms marks in a misleading way, as part of your own product name, or in a way that suggests Hestia certifies or endorses a provider unless there is a written agreement.
Third-party names, business names, provider names, logos, trademarks, and service marks belong to their respective owners. Hestia may mention third-party providers for identification, comparison, family planning, or public-information purposes. Such references do not imply endorsement, partnership, or claim of ownership by Hestia.
Unless otherwise stated, Hestia site content, planning workflows, product text, software, database structure, family workspace design, provider comparison structure, forms, and page layouts are owned by Pantheon Platforms Inc. or its licensors. You may not scrape, clone, republish, resell, or use these materials to build a competing directory, lead database, solicitation campaign, or planning platform.
