Brand and intellectual property notice

This notice covers Hestia™, Plan with Hestia™, Pantheon Platforms Inc., and other Pantheon Platforms names and materials.

Names and marks

Hestia™, Plan with Hestia™, and Pantheon Platforms™ are names used by Pantheon Platforms Inc. to identify its products and services.

Cerberus™, Charon™, Charon Compliance™, Hermes™, and Elysium™ may identify projects, prototypes, planned products, or services in development. A reference to one of these names does not mean that the product is available or that the name is registered as a trademark.

Trademark status

The ™ symbol shows that Pantheon Platforms claims a name or logo as a mark. It does not mean that the mark is registered. Pantheon Platforms does not currently present these names as registered marks.

Trademark rights depend on the mark, the goods or services, the location, and how the mark is used. This notice does not claim rights beyond those provided by law.

Permitted references

Families, providers, journalists, investors, advisors, and partners may use the names Hestia and Plan with Hestia in plain text when they accurately describe the service.

Do not use a Pantheon Platforms name or logo as part of your own business, product, domain name, social media account, or advertising in a way that could confuse people about who provides the service.

Do not state or imply that Pantheon Platforms sponsors, certifies, endorses, or partners with you unless a written agreement says so.

Copyrighted materials

Original Hestia text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, videos, software code, and other creative materials may be protected by copyright. These materials belong to Pantheon Platforms Inc. or the person who licensed them to us, unless the page states otherwise.

Copyright protects original expression. It does not protect general ideas, facts, methods, systems, processes, product concepts, or standard interface patterns.

You may not copy, publish, sell, or distribute a substantial part of protected Hestia material unless the law permits it or Pantheon Platforms gives written permission.

Third-party names

Provider names, logos, trademarks, photographs, price lists, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Hestia may identify providers and services so families can find information and compare options. A listing does not by itself mean that a provider has approved the listing, joined Hestia, or received an endorsement from Hestia.

Data and platform access

Public facts are not owned by Hestia merely because they appear on the site. Hestia may hold rights in its original selection, arrangement, descriptions, and software.

The Terms of Service limit scraping, bulk collection, resale, lead harvesting, unauthorized access, and other misuse of the platform. The Terms also explain the limited permission given to each user to access and use Hestia.

Artificial intelligence use

Pantheon Platforms does not give permission to use Hestia material or access to train, fine-tune, ground, test, evaluate, benchmark, or improve an artificial intelligence or machine learning system.

Do not place Hestia material into a model, dataset, vector database, retrieval system, prompt library, or automated knowledge system. Do not use AI agents to access accounts, family spaces, provider tools, requests, or non-public parts of the service.

Do not use automated tools to reverse engineer Hestia, discover private APIs or data models, copy protected material, or reproduce the service. The full restrictions appear in the Terms of Service.

Permissions and corrections

If you want to reproduce Hestia material, use a logo, report an incorrect attribution, or ask about a provider listing, contact us before using the material.
