hestiaCookie Policy
The short version: Hestia sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and no cookie banner is needed. We only keep what makes the site work for you, in your own browser.

This policy explains what Hestia™ stores on your device and why. Hestia is operated by Pantheon Platforms Inc., 8 The Green, STE R, Dover, DE 19901, USA. Contact: info@planwithhestia.com. It adds to our Privacy Policy.
1. Cookies
Hestia does not set cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, social media trackers, or analytics cookies, and we do not sell or share what you do on Hestia with advertisers.
2. Search engines
We use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, and other search engines’ tools for site owners, to see how our pages appear in search results and to fix problems. These tools work from the search engines’ own data. They do not place cookies or code on our pages and do not track you on Hestia.
When you use Google, Bing or another search engine to find us, that search engine’s own cookie and privacy policies apply on their site.
3. What your browser stores
Like most web apps, Hestia uses your browser’s local storage to remember things you asked it to remember, such as staying signed in or keeping your plan. This stays on your device. It is strictly necessary for the features you choose to use, so we don’t ask for consent separately. Under rules such as the EU ePrivacy rules and Germany’s TDDDG, storage that is strictly necessary for a service you requested doesn’t require consent.

The support finder for parents and our guides don’t store anything about your choices.
4. Services that load on our pages
- Netlify hosts our website. Like any web server, it receives your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and keep them secure. We have not turned on any Netlify features that set cookies.
- jsDelivr delivers the code library we use for signing in. It receives your IP address when your browser downloads that file. It does not set cookies.
- Supabase provides sign-in and stores your account and family space. The sign-in session is kept in local storage, as listed above.
5. Product events
To see which parts of Hestia help families, we record a small number of product events in our own database, for example that a checklist was saved or a provider request was sent. No cookie or device identifier is used for this. If you are signed in, the event is linked to your account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. How to remove what’s stored
Signing out removes your sign-in session and the copy of your plan on that device. Your plan stays safe in your family space. You can also clear site data at any time in your browser settings, usually under Privacy, then Cookies and site data, where you can remove data for planwithhestia.com.
7. Changes
If we ever add analytics or any other cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and update this page before they are used.
