Help with Hestia.

Support for account access, family planning rooms, provider profiles, and information requests.

Hestia™ is a planning and coordination tool, not an emergency service, funeral home, legal advisor, medical provider, clergy provider, or financial advisor. For urgent funeral arrangements, contact the chosen provider, local authorities, a licensed professional, or emergency services as appropriate.

Please include the email address used for your Hestia account, the page or workflow you were using, and a short description of what happened. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, card numbers, passwords, medical records, or unnecessary sensitive documents by email.

Family account support

Families can contact support for sign-in issues, password reset questions, workspace access, invite links, saved provider records, contribution page records, or account deletion requests.

If a family invite link was shared with the wrong person, contact support and remove that person from the planning room where available. Hestia cannot control copies, screenshots, or information already shared outside the platform.

Provider support

Providers may request profile corrections, claim review, category updates, contact updates, or help with provider account access. A claim request may require additional information before Hestia marks a profile as claimed or reviewed.

Unclaimed provider listings should not be read as endorsement, partnership, certification, or verification by the provider.

Provider information and corrections

Provider information may come from public records, business websites, directory information, provider submissions, or other public sources. If you believe a profile is inaccurate, outdated, or should not appear in its current form, email the correction request with enough detail for review.

Contribution records

Hestia may let families track funeral-related expense allocations and record pledges or external payment status. Hestia does not process, hold, escrow, control, or distribute funds. Payment disputes, refunds, chargebacks, and service delivery questions should be handled with the relevant external payment provider, family organizer, or service provider.

Privacy and legal requests

For privacy requests, account deletion, data access, correction, or legal notices, email hanna@planwithhestia.com. Hestia may need to verify account ownership or authority before acting on a request.

Availability

Hestia is in an early-stage pilot. Features, provider coverage, dashboards, contribution records, and workspace tools may change, pause, or be unavailable while the service is improved.
