Compare the same service type
A direct cremation and a full funeral with viewing are priced very differently. Compare like with like, so the numbers mean something.

Notice how they treat you
Do they answer clearly, explain the timing, put changes in writing, and give you one person to call? That care usually continues through the service.
What to compare
Location, transfer/removal process, cremation or burial path, viewing options, facility use, transportation, clergy or celebrant coordination, obituary support, cemetery coordination, merchandise, and payment timing.
What not to assume
A low starting price may leave out things your family needs. A higher estimate may simply include charges another provider lists separately. An itemized estimate is the only fair comparison.
Hestia does not rank providers as best or label a profile as claimed unless the provider has submitted and Hestia has reviewed an update or claim request.
