Here is how booking fees work.
You can plan and collaborate with your family without subscribing or buying a service.
When you book a service.
For supported bookings, you pay the provider’s listed price plus a fixed $5 Hestia service fee per checkout. Any applicable taxes are shown before payment.
For example, a $1,000 service costs $1,005 before applicable taxes. You can review the complete total and cancellation terms before deciding.
Services booked on another website follow that website’s pricing and terms.
What providers pay.
Providers pay Hestia an agreed percentage on successful bookings, under their provider agreement. That commission comes out of the provider’s proceeds. It is not an additional customer charge.
The rate is set in each provider agreement. We do not publish a universal percentage.
These fees help fund Hestia’s planning tools and payment infrastructure. They do not buy a higher position in results.
Before you pay.
Review the services, inclusions, exclusions, and provider’s cancellation and refund terms, including how the Hestia service fee is treated. Your provider is responsible for delivering the services you purchase.
Supported payments are processed through Stripe. A quote request is not a confirmed booking.
